Once we receive your application, we will contact via email to schedule a phone interview if we find you to be a good fit for the role. We are always marketing for all positions although we are not always hiring. If there are no open positions, you will be automatically signed up for our email list and when we are hiring, you will receive an email about the position.

After speaking by phone, if you are deemed worthy we will invite you to our office for a formal interview. You will have an opportunity to meet your manager and be shown around. The interview process allows us to get to know each other. We want to know what you're all about,  what motivates you and why you think RPM is right for you. Come prepared with questions.
